Ps. Adem Xhafer along with his wife Fitret, pioneered Royals Church, Royals College & Royals Care. With 30 years of ministry experience, his passion is to see souls saved while raising the next generation of leaders.
Ps. Adem founded Royals College with the purpose of equipping future leaders spiritually with academic qualifications to change the world and has been an integral contributor to seeing students released into their God given destiny. Ps. Adem has travelled the world evangelising in over 40 nations, personally led hundreds of thousands of people to the Lord and has facilitated, through the power of the Holy Spirit, many miraculous healings. He carries a fivefold anointing with a prophetic edge that leaves every room he encounters eternally impacted.

Jessica Tau-Ave joins our college as Principal, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for education rooted in Christian values. With diplomas in Leadership, Ministry, Business, and Community Services, she is dedicated to fostering both academic excellence and spiritual growth.
Having served for over ten years at Royals Church Cairns, Jessica has played key roles as a youth leader, young adults leader, and organiser of major church events. Her commitment to the church community is matched by her extensive experience in the disability sector, where she has spent over a decade supporting those in need. Additionally, she holds a certificate II in Auslan (Sign Language) and is highly versed in working in and with culturally diverse settings.
As a devoted wife and mother, Jessica understands the importance of family and community support in education. She is excited to lead our college with passion, vision, and a commitment to equip future leaders in their calling and service.
