Jessica Tau-Ave, our College Principal, holds diplomas in Leadership, Ministry, Business, and Community Services.
With over a decade of leadership experience at Royals and involvement in the disability sector, she is passionate about fostering both academic and spiritual growth in students. Jessica leads with a clear vision to equip the next generation of Christian leaders.

Through Royals College I have been able to successfully complete my Diploma of Leadership, HE Diploma of Ministry and my Diploma of Music. Before entering study, I felt I had come to a place in my faith and leadership that was stagnant and still and knew that I needed to do something to see a change in my personal life and also my leadership.
