All bookings are subject to availability and processed exclusively via Brushfire.

 A single ticket type is available for $10.00 per person. This grants access to one show only, either the 10:00AM or 7:00PM session (as selected during purchase).

Upon successful payment, electronic tickets will be issued to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct.

Attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) upon entry.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of full cancellation by Royals Church (excluding transaction fees).

Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the express consent of Royals Church.

Royals Church reserves the right to limit or deny access to individuals without a valid ticket.

Royals Church accepts no responsibility for lost, stolent damaged or forgotten tickets.

Throughout the event, Royals Church approved Media Team will capture photographs and video footage for promotional and archival purposes of participants and ticket holders.

By entering the event premises, ticket holders grant Royals Church the right to use their image, voice, and likeness in any recorded media for current and future use without compensation.

Media content may be used at the discretion of Royals Church, across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.

Attendees waive all rights to inspect or approve media in which they appear, and release Royals Church from any claims related to usage.

By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge and accept that the event may involve:

• Loud music and sound effects

• Flashing and coloured lighting

• Large crowds

Royals Church and its representatives are not liable for:

• Personal injury or illness sustained during the event

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Damage to personal property

All minors (under 13) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parental supervision is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

Any attendee engaging in disruptive, antisocial, or unlawful behaviour may be removed from the premises at the discretion of event organisers.

Royals Church LTD reserve the right to take legal action and seek compensation from individuals in the event of:

• a. Property belonging directly to Royals Church and Royals Estate, is stolen or damaged.

• b. Assets hired to Royals Church from a 3rd party for the purpose of the Christmas Spectacular are stolen or damaged, as deemed by the 3rd party.

• c. Media Content, including (but not limited to), photos and video identifying the Christmas Spectacular used in, or assessed by Royals team, as being degrading, defamatory or demeaning to the public perception of Royals Church.

• d. In the event Royals Church deems legal action appropriate, the defendant agrees to pay for any and all legal fees attributed to the matter of concern.

A range of baked goods and festive treats will be available for purchase before and after each session.

Hot food will be sold at the 7:00PM evening session only.

Royals Church accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities. All food is prepared in environments where common allergens may be present.

All food and drink sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for food purchases.

Royals Church reserves the right to:

• Modify event details (including time, location, or program)

• Refuse entry to any person at its discretion

• Remove any individual for failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

This is a drug and alcohol-free event suitable for all ages.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines communicated prior to or during the event.
