BUDGET ACCOMMODATION
We want to make your stay at conference as enjoyable and affordable as possible. To achieve this, we have prepared a safe and comfortable place to accommodate our Budget Accommodation registrants.

Boys and Girls will be accommodated separately and supervised by their respective Youth Leaders.

WHAT TO BRING
Bed & Bedding (mattress + pillow + sheets + bedding etc.).
Towel & Toiletries (toothbrush + hair comb + deodorant etc.).
Clothes (day/nightwear + sleepwear + clothes for themed nights + footwear etc.).
Bible, notebook, pen and water bottle.
Money for onsite Cafe.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Youth Leaders are responsible for their young people & all related transport (not included in the budget accomodation purchase).
Please ensure that your youth group has at least 1 designated Youth Leader and please note that all 18+ personnel staying onsite must hold a current Blue Card. All personnel 18+ must email a colour copy of their Blue Card to; conference@royalschurch.com.au prior to the event.
