I consent to the information contained in this application including the attachments to be kept by Royals Church. I understand that this information will be kept in a confidential file and used for screening, communication and our volunteer database.
Please be advised that a monthly approved volunteer report is sent to Leaders to ensure all team are approved volunteers.
